How to use the product: Shake well before use. Mix 1 tablespoon into milk, protein shake, or vegetable juice. It can also be used in salad dressings/sauce (acts as a fat emulsifier) or as a non-stick coating on pots and pans.
Ingredients: Liquid sunflower lecithin. This product is not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
