Prepare crab meat or seafood and vegetables. Beat egg with water and content of this packet together. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Add crab and the mixture. Continue to stir-fry slowly.
Recipe : Stir-Fry Curry
1. Prepare 150 g. seafood or crab meat or 1 crab (150-200 g.), 1/2 onion, diced, green onion and celery, cut into pieces.
2. Beat 1 egg and contents of this packet together.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons (30 ml.) vegetable oil in a pan. Add onion, stir-fry until medium cooked. Then, add seafood or crab meat.
4. Add beaten egg and 4 tablespoons water (40 ml.). Stir-fry until done. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with green onion, celery and serve.
*Other kinds of meat can be substituted as desired.
