Washing and maintenance: Washing temperature should not exceed 30 degrees Celsius/do not bleach/do not spin dry/the maximum temperature of the iron base should not exceed 110 degrees Celsius/do not soak/hand wash is recommended/lay flat to dry/dark and light colored clothes should be washed separately/slight fading of dark colored clothes in the first two times is normal/we do not accept any after-sales service for failed washing (such as dyeing, shrinkage)
Warm reminder: For wool/cashmere clothing, slight pilling is normal, please avoid friction with hard objects.
About pilling: Our wool and cashmere sweaters have been tested by national professional testing agencies, and the anti-pilling rate exceeds the national standards. If there is no excessive friction during daily wear and washing, pilling will generally not occur. If there is local pilling (it may be fiber knotting caused by contact with other materials, not pilling itself), please do not pull it with your hands, just use scissors to gently cut it off. If it is slightly pilling, it will automatically open during washing. (Local pilling is a normal phenomenon, not a quality problem, please be aware.)
Note for collection: Before collection, it must be washed and dried, ironed flat, folded and packed in a box or folded and bagged flat, and must not be hung to avoid vertical deformation. Do not mix with other products in the same bag, store in a light-proof, ventilated and dry place, pay attention to moth prevention when storing, and it is strictly forbidden for moth repellent to come into direct contact with the product.
