How to Use 1. Use an eyelash curler to carefully lift your lashes. 2. Starting from the base of the lashes, use a zigzag motion to sweep upwards. 3. For a more dramatic effect, lightly touch the tips of the lashes. 4. Repeat the process for a more prolonged and defined effect.
