How to use the product: 4 quick and simple steps: Dissolve 1 tablet in 1 cup of warm water. Place braces or orthodontic appliance in water. Soak for 15 minutes. Old stains may need to be soaked overnight to come out. Wash and rinse your braces or orthodontic appliance under running water. Discard any remaining solution.
