Everything went super. As always in the solid Joom bag and then wrapped in foam foil again. So really well packed. I connected a multimeter. Almost 14V come out. So under load 12V are easy to keep. It's for my laser engraver. I will report if and how it works there. You can find good quality here. Pooling icon is missing. I measured it. Inside is plus + Outside is minus - Clear purchase recommendation.👍🏼👍🏼

The product is described as being for led lighting. But the label on the product says: "use with hardware only".

It works well. I haven't tested it at full load, I guess it won't have a problem providing the 3A.
