Product Description: 20 mg (per pump) of Natural Progesterone (USP) with Complementary Herbs No Artificial Colors, Fragrances or Parabens Gluten-Free Vegan Non-GMO Not Tested on Animals

Product usage: Approximately 1.3g of cream per pump contains 20mg of USP progesterone. This product container contains enough for approximately 65 pumps. Massage 1 pump of product into soft skin areas such as wrists, inner arms, thighs, neck, abdomen, and chest 1-2 times daily. Alternately massage the affected skin areas. Women of childbearing age should repeat the cycle of using for 14 days before menstruation and then stopping use when menstruation begins. Postmenopausal women repeat the cycle of using for 21 days and then stopping for 7 days. This is a general recommendation and the duration of use can be adjusted to suit individual needs.
