Das Bett ist nach zwei Tagen schon komplett flach gelegen. Für große Hunde definitiv nicht geeignet. Der Rand ist bei weitem nicht so stabil, wie auf den Bildern zu vermuten. Die Kissen kann man auch weglassen. In einer normalen Waschmaschine ist es in der Größe auch nicht waschbar. Der Stoff der Umrandung sieht jetzt schon aus, alles wäre das Bett ein Jahr alt. Also schon ist was anderes. Ich bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden und würde es gerne zurückgeben. Eine Reklamation gestaltet sich äußerst schwierig, da das Bett benutzt ist. Wie soll man aber sonst die Mängel feststellen? Aus meiner Sicht für größere Hunde absolut unbrauchbar. Joom hat versucht, mir in meiner verzwickten Situation zu helfen und ich habe wenigstens 30% des Preises zurückbekommen. Danke dafür. 5 Sterne für den Kundendienst. Das Bett nur einen weil's schnell geliefert wurde.

No viene la tabla de medidas de tallas y pedí una talla XL una más de la que tienen ahora que es más pequeña, de ahí comprar otra para su comodidad, pero es excesivamente grande, como se puede apreciar en las fotos realizadas sobre una cama de 135 cm. En el anterior comentario falta una aspecto importante el embalaje en que se portaba venía roto y abierto al estar abollado y roto, la cama venía sin ningún tipo de protección impermeable, envuelta en plástico o bolsa precintada. Aporto fotos embalaje. Por último el tamaño de las almohadas es mucho más pequeño que en la foto que aportan en el embalaje, las que trae son ridículas para el tamaño de la cama. Son elementos decorativos, no almohadas, por lo que sobran estos y faltan las almohadas

READ THE SMALL PRINT. the pillows are big enough for a mouse but they are free. I didn't know this as I didn't read the T&C's I just looked at the picture. The bed itself is not good for big dogs and especially if you have a wooden floor. It is not like the picture the bed structure is flimsy again not like the picture. I could have bought the same bed for £20 at my local pet shop. It is what it is prob good for small dogs. Ļoti laba kvalitāte, man šķiet mīļi divi dekoratīvie spilveni (kuri ir salīdzinoši mazi, tomēr apm. 15cm x 15cm), 🥰 pasūtījām izmēru 115cm (3XL) un mūsu Šveices ganu sunim vietas viegli pietiks, būtu pat XXL. bijis pietiekami. Skaisti izstrādāta un kā izcelt, emblēma gultas augšpusē ir maināma, jo tā ir piestiprināta tikai ar Velcro palīdzību. Tiešām lieliski un par cenu 100 punkti. Piegāde notika 3 dienu laikā 👍👍🥰🥰
