They fit perfectly in my shoes. However, I've used them for a few weeks and the fabric is starting to move a bit on the area touching the arch, so I can feel it a bit. Otherwise they are really good to walk on! Just make sure they are firmly to the back of the shoe, as they move easily when you insert your foot.
