It is soap. Pleasant smell. Packaged well. Delivery was 18 days. Happy so far. EDIT- changed from 4 to 5 stars. This soap is amazing. Hands and face feel much smoother, plumper even. My teenage sons are both impressed. Will definitely be buying more because everyone loves it EDIT EDIT, we have been using this soap for about 3 weeks. Ordered more so we don't run out. I have noticed that my knuckles are lighten up. Softer face and hands. Still happy.
