I LOVE THIS it actually does have different settings for the strength or sensation you want. I've had it a week plus and still on my first full charge. Very Happy Thank you. Now, how do I get mor replacement brush heads? Thx

the brushes are too small, they are children's toothbrushes the brush has been tried and the vibration is very bad for the teeth, impossible to use
