Note: Always check the temperature of the baby food to make sure it is not too cold or too hot. Do not leave your baby unattended while eating. The container is made of thick, durable glass. However, all glass has the potential to break or crack when exposed to sudden and extreme temperature changes. Do not transfer it directly from the freezer into hot water. First, place the container under warm running water for 10 to 15 seconds. Then remove the lid before placing the container in hot water. Do not place the container in a kettle, on an open fire or on a hot electric stove. Do not heat frozen containers in the microwave. Thaw the food first, then microwave the cold container at 50% power for 15 to 30 seconds. Always remove lids before microwaving containers. When freezing, do not fill containers to full capacity. Food expands when frozen. Do not use containers in a pressure cooker or Instapot. Allow hot food to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before storing in the refrigerator or freezer. Move frozen food to the refrigerator or place in a bowl of warm water. Submerge or thaw under warm running water.Note: When reheating food in a bottle warmer, set it to low heat only and open the jar lid. The container is not suitable for steam bottle warmers.
