Place one Polydent tablet in about 150 mL of warm water (about 40 degrees Celsius). Soak the entire denture in the cleaning solution for about 3 minutes or overnight. After soaking the dentures in the cleaning solution, brush them with a Polident Denture Toothbrush (sold separately). After cleaning, rinse dentures well with water and discard any remaining cleaning solution immediately. The tablets should be taken one at a time. Please replace the cleaning solution each time you use the product. Please tear off and open the aluminum package immediately before use.
