The day after I started taking it, my head started to hurt until I got headaches, nausea, vomiting, and dizziness from falling to the ground, I threw the whole bottle away! My experience is terrible, I'm celiac and it says that it's gluten-free but something's wrong, I can't say it's good, I'm sorry.
