I still don't understand how effective it is. The gel cools down but does not cause discomfort. Keep in mind that the gel is only on the front side of the form. There is elastic fabric at the back. The fabric is elastic, pleasant to the touch.

It cools super easy to put in the freezer and enjoy later. I don't know if it helps with migraines. But one thing is definitely great at 36° to cool your head ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

it is soft, thought at first that it will not be cold, but after putting it on, it was great cold feeling and in the 19C i didn't need to put in fridge.
