I ordered these scales in September 2024, now May 2025, what can I say about this product: it still works, but the LED screen has stopped glowing and the numbers are not visible, so I will have to order other scales, disappointed with the purchase

It has stopped charging for me and it hadn't been wet or damaged or anything 🤔 it just died. Very disgusted by it I want a full refund
