My negative review has been read, the company is disappointed with my dissatisfaction and they will give me a full refund of the purchase price. I thought that was a very nice touch, because I hadn't complained to support, only given a negative review because I wasn't satisfied with the product. I think it's great that the reviews are read by the company and have responded to them of their own accord. I had really sprayed the "balls" with W5 spray oil, after which the "balls" rolled better. Due to the negative size, I kept it in my purse and use it on car trips to the doctor and other occasions when I'm on the go. I can only say "hats off" that the seller builds on the satisfaction of his customers.👍👍
