Amazing invention, the fan is quite powerful for it's size and the mist dispenser works well. When you turn both settings on, the fan kind if blows away the mist and it doesn't reach the face, but they work good separately. Other than that it's awesome, comes precharged with a little charging cable

A be it produces partially charged, after I charged it in 10 min it discharged and does not work, produces a very small and strange sound.
