After configuring everything in terms of date, time and things like that, when I get ready to measure the voltage it turns out that it does nothing, it shows me an error that I honestly can't figure out what it is. I have contacted customer service and they have given me a quick and efficient solution.
No I haven't receive this product yet I'm still waiting for the other one. ordered 3 but I only received two still awaiting for the other one. It says been delivered but haven't received yet. Thanks , Marissa Moser 17Lindas way. Car downs
It doesn't work, I bought a bunch of batteries thinking that was the problem, but it still doesn't work. However, they gave me an immediate refund, so I really appreciate their guarantee and commitment to the customer.
- unfortunately this BP meter gives completely incorrect values; the upper pressure was way too high, I was scared and went to the doctor, where the pressure was completely normal! - Now I have thrown away unnecessary medical costs and the measuring device!
