It can work for up to 10 minutes per use. Spit it into the trash can and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow. Always brush your teeth after using oil pulling. If spilled on fabric, wipe up immediately to prevent staining. Ayurveda recommends tongue scraping as another health practice. Directions: Shake well. Pour 10-15ml into a measuring cup.
