Product usage: UV protection instructions: Apply 1oz liberally. Wait 15 minutes. Reapply for 2 hours. Cover-up. Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply in the following cases. After swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, immediately towel dry and at least every 2 hours. How to protect yourself against sunburn: Regularly use a broad-spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen.
