Product usage: Adults and ages 2 and older: Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day, preferably after each meal, or as directed by a dentist or specialist. For children ages 2 to 6: Use only a pea-sized amount. Adult supervision is required while children brush their teeth and rinse their mouth (to minimize swallowing). For children under 2 years of age: Consult a dentist or specialist. Twist open the lid and remove the foil seal.
