Product usage: Shake well before use. Place 10-15 ml of GuruNada® Oil Pulling in your mouth. Gently rinse the crevices of your teeth for at least two minutes. It can work for up to 10 minutes per use. Spit it out and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
