Ordered on 22/11/23 was bought for a wedding on 30/12/23 finally arrived today. 2/1/24 Joom, you are absolutely useless. I will not buy from you again. I had to go into town to buy earrings for my friends daughter’s wedding. A complete waste of time and money. Five weeks for delivery, absolutely disgusting.

I had to pay £15 to receive the package as whoever packed it put all the items together in one package, even tho I ordered everything separately. Nowhere there was any info that I needed to pay to receive any of the items, seriously reconsidering ordering again from here 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Nice earrings just they don't think of stay up very well apart from that the other pair that I ordered that I have still not received that says it was delivered I'm not happy with just thought I'd that onto this because I didn't get them
