Product great and looks well on my phone. It took forever to arrive and Joom even had the cheek to claim it had been delivered to me 12 days earlier than it actually arrived. While there are a lot of very good products on Joom the ridiculous length of time it takes for items to arrive and the extremely poor customer service mean I could not recommend Joom nor will I ever use it again. This purchase was not a once off bad experience - it happens all the time

I ordered a Samsung A40 case and got the totally wrong size very dissappointed has the case has on the sticker A40 but clearly is not. I already ordered a Samsung A40 case and it fits like a glove this is way too big to be an A40 so be careful when order g cases and items for phone. Just checked my order and It had a Samsung A40 case down on the order so obviously no time took in the preparation of the order.

This item is not shock proof. The material is thinner and cheaper than advertised. My phone does NOT fit into it because the holder is too thin. The rubber part does not wrap around the phone it was bought for. The product is very nice looking and if it would fit, I would be happy enough

This is the second time that I have ordered a case for my Samsung A-21 and it still doesn't fit..... I want a refund as I will not be able to use this one either. I also want a refund for the OTHER TWO that I purchased!!!!! Very frustrated and annoyed
