Color Changing Cute Butterfly LED Night Light Home Room Desk Wall Decor

Adorable little butterflies. One suggestion though. I received a few that were a bit damaged. The outer wrap was ripped to where the little boxes were hanging out and were squashed. Thank goodness I have a wonderful mail carrier who taped the package to prevent further damage. I little sheet of paper around the box won’t do it especially an international shipment. These little boxes need to be put in a sturdy box then wrapped for shipment. I would like to order more, however, I’m not sure the next shipment would make it undamaged. Sturdier packaging please. Attached are a few that arrived a little damaged, however I managed to fix the wings, etc. (tape & glue work wonders). Thank You

I am very disappointed with my order it was in a damaged bag it looked like it was kicked about like a football. And all of the small boxes was damaged as well. It was a present for an housebound elderly neighbor. Why wasn't it packed up more secure. I used to work in dispatch so I knew how to pack and ship out items. If I had sent anything out & the customer had received it like the way I received my package I would of been sacked if I do not get a response from you soon about this complaint.plus I have sent other queries about being mislead with the size of items that I have been sent then you will lose a very good customer.

I ordered 40 of these beautiful light up butterflies for my mom because loves them but upon opening the packaging I realized that every single box looked like they had just been jammed in regardless if the product got damaged or not, I find this unacceptable because if I was to buy this as a gift I could not use the original box as it would be unusable, it just shows that you as a company have little care for your packaging as well as little care for your product, I hope you take more care of your products in the future for other people’s sake for I will not be purchasing anything else from your company I bid you a good day

When I opened the plastic envelope, inside were 10 small CRUSHED OR TORN APART boxes (each containing 1 butterfly). The boxes were rolled up together in one thin & loosely fitted packaging sheet. Since each box was severely damaged, as if it was literally stepped on a few times, the wings on every butterfly are either wrinkled, bent or curve around to the back of it...and 1 of them doesn't even work. Very cheaply made, no effort or care was used in packaging & shipping, so disappointed.
