Ordered the EU size up, but the shoes were still too small. Had a hell of a time trying to claim a refund. Customer services make you jump through hoops to get your money back. They make you take photos, offer you a discount, tell you to take it to charity and hat photographic evidence that you have donated the item before they will refund you!! Absolutely ludicrous and outrageous behaviour that has never been experienced before. Shocking!!

Es una lástima que en la imagen del sitio veamos una cosa, pero lo que obtenemos es completamente diferente.Estos zapatos son hermosos, pero la parte trasera se hunde en el talón al caminar porque no está hecha correctamente.Son feos... incómodos... es una pena haber usado estos zapatos dos veces y haberlos guardado en el armario. Es poco probable que vuelva a usar zapatos alguna vez.🤷😥

Vypadá dobře, jako na obrázku. Je nutné objednat s větší velikostí, teprve potom bude sedět naší velikosti😊
