Heat a pan. Empty content of this packet. Add water. Add meat. Stir-fry until oil is separated. Add remaining water with devil's fig, tomato, sweet basil and red chilli. Cook until done. Add sugar to taste.
Preparation:
Water 1 2/3 cups (400 ml.)
Beef, Chicken or Duck, sliced into pieces 250 g.
Eggplant, sliced 1/2 cup
Sweet Basil 1/2 cup
3-4 Red Chili
Directions :
1. Heat a pan to medium heat. Fry the contents of this packet with small amount of water.
2. Place the meat in the pan and stir-fry undi oil of coconut is visible.
3. Add the rest of water and all other ingredients. Combine.
4. Cover until done. Serve. (Add sugar to enhance sweetness, if desired.)
